ILYA BREYMAN

is the co-founder and CEO of Coursalytics, a technology platform for searching for executive education programs and instructors. Prior to founding his own education technology company, Ilya founded an internal think tank and a corporate VC at Eurasia «s leading executive search and leadership development consulting company where he was heading the «State, Nonprofit and Academia »practice. Ilya has helped leaders of the highest-ranked business schools in Europe, North America, and Russia (including №1 schools in each region) to improve curricula and learning experiences in dozens of programs. In addition, he successfully ran for public office in the main swing state in the United States, where he turned an uphill battle into a top 10% most watched race in the nation. His instruction experience ranges from teaching soft skills and digital strategy for executives to leading a course on HR analytics on Coursera and international communication for public administration students at Moscow State University. Prior to co-founding Coursalytics.com and after defending his PhD dissertation on public diplomacy, Alex worked with international, national, private and academia institutions in the field of international relations and communications in the US, Europe and Asia. His education experience includes St. Petersburg State University, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Harvard Kennedy School, all degrees with distinction.

MAKSIM LIKHACHEV

is an international law and philosophy of law researcher and associate professor at International Law Department in Ural Law State University and International Relations Department in Ural Federal University in Ekaterinburg, Russia. He holds degree in international law from the Ural Law State University (2011). He is a Member of the Russian International Law Association and the head of the International and European Law Centre of the Ural Law State University. In 2012-2018 Likhachev held the position of senior research fellow at Russian Strategic Studies Institute in Moscow.Likhachev’s publications have consistently been placed in international law theory and international relations, particularly international personality in the light of critical studies in law (posthumanism, animal turn, metamodernism generally). While the core of his teacher work as a university professor consists in 7 textbooks on international law, humanitarian law, human rights law and European law (as an author of chapters and editor).Likhachev’s project investigates how nature per se may profit from his/her international legal personality and what crucial repercussions thereof we face as to the understanding of the legal person notion and prospects of the human being and nature emancipation in the international legal realm. Currently Likhachev is engaged in the Russian Science Foundation 2023-2024 grant-project on the scenarios of regionalization of the human rights protection in Eurasia.

YAROSLAV PAVLOV

Rector of the IMISP Business School. Prof. Pavlov has ongoing practical experience both in management and strategy development. He leads IMISP that is one of the best Russian business schools, ranked № 1 in Russian national MBA ranking. At the same time, Prof. Pavlov owns an IT business that provides services for leading Russian companies (Gazprom, Sber, MTS, etc.) and NGOs. Prof. Pavlov has published research both in Russian and International scientific journals. For the 3 years he was reviewer in Journal of International & Interdisciplinary Business Research (California, USA), before quitting in 2018. Prof. Pavlov regularly teaches at the MBA programs in leading Russian business schools. He develops and runs strategic sessions for corporate clients.
